This is what you can expect during your break dedicated to cold, strength and clarity:

• Workshop on ice bathing in the park
  14 November 2025: an intense experience led by professionals. Approximately 3 hours long.
• Registration is simple and can be done directly at our reception desk
  the participation fee of €79 can be paid on site to the organiser.
• Includes a South Tyrolean snack and welcome drink
  you will receive a warm welcome with typical, hearty regional specialities, prepared with love.
• Kessler's breakfast basket
