Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival, your chalet or apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m., and we kindly ask you to vacate it by 10 a.m. on your departure day. You can also check in later by prior arrangement.
Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll need to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount. We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit to our bank account. You can find all details in your booking confirmation.
Upon prior agreement, you are welcome to bring your pet with you to Kessler’s Mountain Lodge. We charge €39.00 in a chalet and €29.00 in an apartment per night.
Depending on the season, a minimum stay of three or seven nights is required. You’ll receive further information regarding this when you make an enquiry/booking.
The following children’s rates apply in the chalets:
0 to 1 years old: stay for free
2 to 5 years old: €55.00 per night
6 to 13 years old: €80.00 per night
From 14 years old: €98.00 per night
All our rates are for two people per chalet or apartment (minimum occupancy). For each additional person in a chalet or an apartment, we charge an extra fee of €60.00 per person in the apartments and €90.00 per person in the chalets (children up to 1 year old stay for free).
Our breakfast basket is included in the rate. In the apartments, this can be cancelled if you wish.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This offers comprehensive cover in the case of late arrival, cancellation, and other circumstances that are beyond your control. You can find more information here.
For cancellations up to 30 days before planned arrival, we charge 40% of the value of the stay minus the 30% deposit.
For cancellation up to 8 days before planned arrival, we charge 70% of the value of the stay.
For cancellation 7 days or less before the planned arrival, we charge 90% of the value of the stay.
In the event of a no-show, we will charge the full price of the stay.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the total value (100%) of the agreed daily price for each day not used.
The final cleaning of your chalet or apartment is included in the price of your stay. If you would like to have it cleaned during your stay, the following rates apply:
- Apartment: €65.00
- Superior chalet: €105.00
- Premium chalet: €130.00
