About us
At Kessler’s Mountain Lodge in Natz, we personally look after our guests – from their first holiday enquiry right through to departure. We combine warm hospitality with reliable, well-organised service and a genuine personal touch.
You will work in a small team where quick communication, mutual support and personal contact with our guests are part of everyday life.
Your role with us
Do you enjoy working with people and stay on top of things even when several enquiries come in at the same time? Then we would love to hear from you.
Your main focus will be looking after our guests as well as handling reservations and holiday enquiries.
Your responsibilities
- You welcome our guests and carry out check-in and check-out.
- You handle enquiries, reservations and individual holiday offers.
- You advise our guests on hikes, excursions and activities in the surrounding area.
- You deal with questions, requests and complaints in a solution-oriented manner.
- You coordinate daily operations with housekeeping and the team.
- E-bike rental, bar service, managing our farm shop and maintaining our hotel portals.
What you bring
- You enjoy working with people and have a friendly, professional and reliable manner.
- You organise your tasks independently and are good at setting priorities.
- You communicate confidently in German.
- For communicating with our guests, you also have knowledge of Italian and English.
- You are confident using computers and digital applications.
- You are willing to work according to the agreed shift and weekend schedule.
A plus
- Experience at a hotel reception or in guest services
- Experience with the ASA hotel software
- Knowledge of the region and its leisure activities
- Experience with hotel portals or creating offers
